Excuses will always be the number one limiting factor for your success. I get it, we are so consumed by our daily lives that finding time to workout seems incredibly daunting. Yet, it seems like we waste so much time and energy stressing over the task rather than confronting the issue. As humans, we are naturally afraid of what we don't understand. Without even knowing or trying, we often make the incorrect assumptions regularly. What I've learned from the past is that in order to see results you have to take action. I know it sounds cliché, but in the end taking action will always trump making excuses. There's always room for self improvement. The more you keep adding to your "excuse pile," the deeper your goals will continue to get buried. Believe in yourself.
