The thought of exercising can be dreadful and lead to continuous excuses and setbacks. But the benefits of exercising far outweigh any excuse you can think of. Maybe you think you don't have the time, or maybe you feel overwhelmed in figuring out where to start. Whatever the case may be, finding your purpose and motivation is crucial in taking the first step. Numerous studies have shown that exercising is proven to slow down the aging process, as well as boosting your brain health. If those reasons aren't good enough to start exercising, I don't know what is. Set a goal for yourself, believe in yourself and most importantly make the change for yourself.
