A Better You will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labelWe do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow A Better You 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your return.
  • A Better You will email you after your return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How to submit a return request

Either login into your account by clicking on the profile icon in the store's navigation on the home page. Or visit the returns policy page and follow the instructions on how to make a return.  

If you did not create a customer account, then please click on this link to initiate a return. Then follow the instructions below.


  1. Login to your account:
  • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click continue.
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.

      2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

      3. Select the items that you want to return if you ordered multiple items.        

      4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

      5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned and inspected, you will receive a refund.
